The remaining TOC is destroyed by LUMOSTIL UV units. To achieve low oxygen levels an additional degasser system can be applied. AIl remaining ionic impurities are removed
by polishing mixed-bed ion exchangers. The ultrapure water is then purified from the last remaining particles by ULTRASTIL ultrafiltration systems before its transfer to cold or hot users. The ultrapure water that is not used is continuously recirculated to the UP water tank for repurification.
